Vision & Mission

Fundashon Tayer Soshal Santa Martha is a sheltered workshop where the mentally and/or physically disabled are not only able to work, but also to receive training, individual support and professional schooling in safe surroundings and a respectful environment. The goal is integration in the community and, where possible, progression to the regular market place.

Organization

Fundashon Tayer Soshal resorts under the Ministry of Social Development Labor and Well-being (Ministerie van Sociale Ontwikkeling Abreid en Welzijn/SOAW). The foundation has a board of directors who oversees the activities, a staff who runs the organization and a number of employees responsible for the daily operations.
