Chinese delegation visited the Netherlands on Museum Affairs.

The China Desk of DutchCulture played a leading role in arranging this visitor program and guided the delegation throughout their visit in the Netherlands. Within one week time, the six delegation members visited a variety of public museums and art institutions around the Netherlands as well as the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. Together with her colleagues, Minister Ms. Jet Bussemaker warmly welcomed the guests from China and introduced to them the Dutch museum and culture policy at large.

This visit, punctuating a further step of collaboration in museum affairs underlined in the MoU on cultural cooperation signed earlier this year by Dutch and Chinese ministries of culture, was at the cordial co-invitation of DutchCulture, centre for international cooperation and the Mondriaan Fund, with collaborative support from the Royal Dutch Embassy to China.
