New: the never completely finished online magazine.
Antenna is a dynamic online magazine, which grows around an event: a visit, a stay, a happening or trend. Antenna signals and distributes all you want to know about facts, use, sense, and interesting non-sense of artist-in-residence programmes worldwide.
Never completely finished, always under construction: a new topic will be directly presented on this page as soon as the editors start working on it and you can already see what it is. The maximum time spent on one topic is around three months. At the end that period, subscribers will receive a visual index of content, in the form of the diagram. This diagram will be sent out via email as an invitation to visit website and see the final status of the current Antenna.
Antenna #1: In Translation
The first issue of Antenna is dedicated to translation and translators-in-residence, featuring translators on-the-move and hosts that give them the opportunity to stay, not only to produce but also to explore, learn and wonder. Editor Erik Hagoorts talks with Hungarian translator Tibor Bérczes, who stayed this spring at the Translators' House in Amsterdam, about translating, residences, Hungary, euthanasia, and... Dutch soccer.
