Offshore - OVERVIEW OF DUTCH CULTURAL ACTIVITIES IN China

Offshore (Buitengaats in Dutch) provides a current overview of Dutch activities abroad like in China, and is updated on a weekly basis. To compile Offshore, SICA  (Dutch Centre for International Cultural Activities) works with a large group of informants, including the sector institutes, Dutch embassies and consulates, and a large number of cultural organisations.

Offshore  shows where Dutch cultural organisations and artists are active, the countries they are travelling to and in which places they are working with whom. The database or archive can be used as an excellent startingpoint for networking in or related to a specific country but can also give you idea’s of new locations and who went there.
