General situation

  • Restrictive measures have been taken across the country depending on the local situation. Wearing a mask is mandatory in public places 

Cultural & creative sector

  • In most major cities museums, concert halls, theatres, and cinemas are allowed to work at 75% of their capacity. 
  • The Potanin Foundation, the organization behind the endowment funds of the Hermitage and Tretyakov Museum, and the "Changing Museums in a Changing World" program, have launched a special grant for emergency aid to institutions.
