Scholarships for talented young musicians for postgraduate masterclasses abroad

The Culture Fund (formerly the Prins Bernard Cultuurfonds) is a private fund that supports projects in the fields of culture and nature conservation in the Netherlands. Additionally, it awards various international cultural scholarships to talented creators, including musicians.

Talented young musicians who have the Dutch nationality and who have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a Dutch conservatory in the past 3 years.

For what
Education/training

 A summer school or masterclass abroad (outside the Kingdom of the Netherlands) lasting up to 3 months.

How much

A maximum of €2,500.

Requirements
  • Graduated (or almost) from a Dutch conservatory in the past 3 years. This may be a Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • Dutch nationality or registered in the Netherlands for at least 3 years;
  • Applicants can (in principle) only apply for a scholarship once.
