Funding for literary projects and initiatives that stimulate the exchange of knowledge and expertise between the different Dutch-language areas

The Dutch Foundation for Literature, in collaboration with the Dutch Language Union and Flanders Literature, aims to eliminate the borders within the Dutch language area (the Netherlands, Flanders, Suriname, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten).

Both literary organisations and literary creators can apply for grants under this scheme for reading promotion and literary projects that foster the exchange of knowledge and expertise between the different parts of the Dutch language area.

Organisations
  • Literary organisations or collectives who wish to set up an international collaboration within the Dutch-speaking region through a literary project focused on the exchange of knowledge and expertise between the different regions of the Dutch language area.
  • Writers, (performance) poets, spoken word/slam artists, translators, illustrators or literary programmers/curators who wish to set up a new collaboration or explore artistic or business opportunities in another Dutch-speaking region.
