Funded residency for literary writers and translators

The Dutch Foundation for Literature is one of the 6 national cultural funds in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Passa Porta is the international house of literature in Brussels (Belgium) with a writers' residence, a literary salon, a multilingual bookstore, a reading, discussion, and meeting corner, and a space for workshops.

Each year, both organisations exchange an author for a residency opportunity in Belgium and the Netherlands. Passa Porta selects a Flemish author for a residency in Amsterdam, and the Dutch Foundation for Literature selects a Dutch author for a residency in Brussels.
