Europe + Heritage programme

Europe + Heritage programme

The Europe + Heritage programme offers advice, a Travel Scheme and a General Support Scheme for European heritage cooperation.

Heritage can be both tangible and intangible: it includes cultural landscapes, archaeological sites, museums, monuments, collections, and the practices, representations, expressions, knowledge and skills of communities.

DutchCulture supports international heritage cooperation between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Europe. We do so by identifying trends and opportunities, collaborating with partners and facilitating international expert meetings and exchanges.

For whom

The Europe + Heritage Programme is designed for heritage professionals and heritage organisations based in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (the Netherlands, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten) who wish to visit a European partner, invite a European partner or set up a cooperation with a European partner.

DutchCulture offers advice in English or Dutch to organisations and individuals who want to start a European heritage project. We do so by providing information about national and international funding opportunities and connecting projects and organisations to international partners. Please do not hesitate to contact Jacomine Hendrikse, advisor Europe + Heritage, to ask your questions.

Funding

DutchCulture supports heritage cooperation between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Europe by offering two funding opportunities: the Travel Scheme and the General Support Scheme.
