End of November 2014 the Calefax Reed Quartet travelled to Brazil for a series of concerts. During the tour they blogged about their experiences.

"After our crash course in Brazilian music, it is time for the first Calefax concert of the tour. We had a morning rehearsal in São Paulo, in an exquisite little venue which we will never forget. A small theatre, built in the shape of a ship. The beautiful stained glass windows creates a very intimate atmosphere. But perhaps all concert venues in Brazil are like that…"
