Know Your Worth: Insights from the FAIR P(L)AY #3 event
The last edition of the FAIR P(L)AY events, taking place during Dutch Design Week, focused on questions such as: how do you establish yourself as a designer? What makes a professional? How do you know how much your work is worth? How does this affect your creative practice? Fortunately, there are some warmly welcomed promising policy developments for the cultural field. A quick glimpse at the news shows that fair remuneration for cultural workers features on the agenda, both in the Dutch sector and in the European Parliament.
